Used them recently to move large items (like a Lemond stationary bike and an extended MUJI bookshelf) plus about 15 boxes and everything went smoothly even from the very start, requesting for quotes and booking with Sean.

The two guys who arrived -- Stephen and Steven -- were both brilliant, great attitude and were very mindful of all my stuff. I told them they could roll the stationary bike but they lifted it, saying they didn't want to scratch the floors.

They delivered the items where I'd asked and I chuckled when I saw how they went to the trouble of leaving the boxes in a neat pile. I asked Stephen and he said yes, he was good at Tetris... Highly recommend this company - trustworthy (didn't ask for a deposit) and reliable (arrived on time and didn't stop till every item was in place)..
